Job Responsibilities
You will be responsible for providing an exceptionally high-level of service to potential residents of the Ascott properties, maintaining at all times, a positive selling approach to maximize yield.
You will also be accountable for the accurate and precise documentation of all reservation requests, ensuring that all correspondence complies with company policies and processes.
Job Requirements:
- A good Diploma in a relevant discipline
- At least 2 years’ experience in a call centre/hotel reservation office.
- Proficiency in spoken Mandarin or Bahasa Indonesia will be advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are pre-requisites for this role
