I.New Business Underwriting Manager-(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

* To ensure all turn around time achieved
* To supervise policy application, data entry, policy issuance, internal & eksternal documentation
* Generate New Business Productivity & Error report

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
* At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field
* Last position is in Managerial level
* Insurance knowledge
* Minimum AAAJI / LOMA certification
* Excellent command in English both oral & written
* Computer literate
* Good leadership, positive attitude & thinking

II.Head Customer Service (HCS); Contact Center Leader (CCL); Customer Service Officer (CSO)

Responsibilities:

* Monitoring & Developing Customer Service (including Front Line Officer) (HCS)
* Maintain Customer Service turn around time (HCS)
* Developing system in Customer Service (HCS)
* Handling project in Customer Service (HCS)
* Manage Call Center and Policy Servicing Department (HCS)
* To supervise & develop Customer Service Team (HCS)
* Monitoring performance from Call Center Officer (CCL)
* Develop Call Center Officer Skill (CCL)
* Develop Call Center tools (FAQ, Product Matrix, etc) (CCL)
* Generate report (CCL)
* Complaint handling (CCL)
* Handle customer walk in (CSO)
* Answer telephone and email from customer, agent and seller (CSO)

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
* Leadership Skill.
* Good communication in English.
* At least 7 years (HCS), 5 years (CCL), 2 years (CSO) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Managers specializing in Customer Service

III.Medical Underwriter (MU); Underwriting & Reinsurance Admin Support (UR)

Responsibilities:

* To underwrite Non Medical & Medical cases per day (MU)
* To liaise with Reinsurance for facultatif (MU)
* As Quality Control for substandars letter & letter to Reinsurance (MU)
* To liaise with Hospital
* To administer reinsurance document daily(UR)
* To generate reinsurance report (UR)

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree / Medical Doctor (MU) and Bachelor degree (UR).
* Insurance Knowledge.
* Good communication in English.
* At least 2 year(s) working experience as Medical Underwriter (MU)
* Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors in Insurance or Finance Institution
