<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<p>    * The Medical Representative is responsible for the implementing sales activities in his/her area of responsibilities. The incumbent will implement the division’s sales/marketing plan in his/her area to assure maximum distribution and market penetration of division’s products within.<br />
    * The incumbent ensures consistent sales activities to meet or exceed sales goals. </p>
<p>Requirements:<br />
    * Female, age max. 30 years old, min. Diploma Degree (D3) or Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable<span id="more-3059"></span> University with any discipline.<br />
    * Preferably having minimum of 1 year experience working in similar position in healthcare, familiar with hospital and ASKES market.<br />
    * Self driven, autonomous, analytic and creative attitude, excellent communication skills (orally and written), ability to handle high workload, can tolerate stress and good organizational skills.<br />
    * A strong understanding of the role and sales process.<br />
    * Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta.</p>
<p><strong>Drug Regulatory Affairs Officer (DRAO)</strong></p>
<p>Responsibilities:<br />
    * To administer Drug Regulatory Affairs activities to registration, permission and approval from local authorities, alignment of corporate requirements with local regulation within company strategy and supervisor’s guideline with the objective to ensure proper Drug Regulatory Affairs admin procedures such as : filing and archiving for both hard copies and soft copies, weekly scheduling and reporting of DRA activities and product status at BPOM, and monthly report.</p>
<p>Requirements:<br />
    * Female/Male, age max. 25 years old, min. Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring Pharmacist from reputable University.<br />
    * Preferred, min. 1 year experiences from regulatory affairs (preferably from Pharmaceutical company), Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply.<br />
    * General understading on pharmaceutical local trends, also practical pharmacy knowledge (drug product development, pharmaceutical chemistry)<br />
    * Special skills : Organized, precise and accurate, persistance, strong communication skill, and good interpersonal skill.<br />
    * Computer literate : Microsoft Office (word, excel, power point).</p>

<p><strong>MEDICAL OFFICERS </strong><br />
for its 24 / 7 Alarm Center</p>
<p>As a medical coordinator you will be responsible for:<br />
    * Handling incoming/outgoing communications (phone calls, email, faxes notably from international clients and/or patients requiring medical help or support in Indonesia and South East Asia<br />
    * Identifying the request in obtaining medical report / additional medical information, collaborating with treating doctors<br />
    * Analyzing the situation for the patient (type of medical problem, quality of medical facility, etc…)<span id="more-2360"></span><br />
    * Reporting to client with our medical recommendations regarding a potential medical evacuation to a better medical facility<br />
    * Performing medical evacuations (with commercial flight or air ambulance<br />
    * Answering to our medical hotline<br />

<p>As a operations coordinator you will be responsible for:<br />
    * Handling incoming / outgoing communications (phone calls, email, faxes notably from international clients and / or patients requiring medical help in Indonesia and South East Asia<br />
    * Identifying the request (medical assistance, coverage of medical expenses, medical evacuation, etc…)<br />
    * Proceeding the request in activating our medical team and all type of providers around South East Asia<br />
    * Arranging medical evacuations (with commercial flight or air ambulance)<br />
    * Answering to all our dedicated phone lines (for insurance, assistance company or various clients)<br />
    * Coordinating  and following up the case with international clients</p>

    â€¢ Excellent skills in accounting regulation and local taxation system<br />
    â€¢ Having experience in public accountant as a Sr. Auditor<br />
    â€¢ Having knowledge in accounting, able to handle full set of accounts<br />
    â€¢ Able to work under pressure, highly discipline, hard working and good team leader</p>
<p>General Qualification :<br />
â€¢ Computer literacy (Ms Office application, intermediate-advanced level), usually dealing with system is an advantage<br />

<p><strong>5. Training Center Instructor</strong> (Trainer)<br />
Responsibilities:<br />
    â€¢ Reports directly to the Head of Training Center Department<br />
    â€¢ Serves as the in-house instructor and expert in developing training programs that suit the job functions<br />
    â€¢ To design, develop and deliver training programs to conduct training on general management, leadership, and people development<br />
    â€¢ Perform training effectiveness assessment through post-training evaluation</p>
<p>Requirements:<br />
    â€¢ Min. holding a Master degree from a reputable university<br />
    â€¢ 3 to 5 years classroom-based instructor experience<br />
    â€¢ Experience designing training curriculum<br />
    â€¢ A team player with strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills<br />
    â€¢ A background in broadcast, multimedia, and telecommunication industry background will have a distinct advantage<br />
    â€¢ Possess good business communications and interpersonal skills<br />
    â€¢ Independent, mature and self motivated<br />
    â€¢ A hands-on person who can adapt, plan and implement training programs<br />
    â€¢ Ability to work on own initiative</p>
