I.CHEMIST TECHNICIAN - 1

* Reporting to the Chemical Engineer, run test on plant steam and water circuits to determine the chemical constituents. Monitor and maintain make water system, pre treatment, SWRO, DWRO and demineralises, including service water and potable water to determine the chemical. Analyse the quality of the boiler water make up water system, cooling circuit, water treatment, waste water treatment and associate system. Troubleshoot water treatment system, sub system and devices using generally accepted method, instruction manual and common sense to locate the cause of malfunctions. Record and update the inventories and safe handling procedures for chemical supplies; ensure compliance with dangerous regulation.
