We have been migrating from single service excellence into multi services excellence and on into Integrated Facility Services. Right now we integrate our cleaning services with Gardening & Landscaping Services, Washroom Services, Mats Services, Sanitation & Hygiene Services, Indoor Air Quality Services and Handymen Services. All of these services, in our market terminology is called Facility Services. Preparation of Security & Access Control, Maintenance Services and Catering Services are underway. To meet the challenges of fast growth and expansion, we seek to appoint a highly motivated person with a strong commercial acumen to join us as :

1. Administrative Assistant for Internal Audit
Requirements:
• Female
• Age between 24 – 26 years old
• Hold minimum D3 Accounting
• Having minimum 2 years experiences in similar field
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Having pleasant personality, good communication skill and easy to adapt
• Having good analytical thinking
• Willing and able to work hard

2. Training Instructors (TI)
Responsibilities:
• The instructors will be responsible to carry on training on the assigned class, which mostly related to Housekeeping, Pest Control and Maintenance

Requirements:
• Male / Female
• Age between 28 – 35 years old
• Graduate Min. from Diploma 3 of Reputable Hotel & Tourism University
• Customer and service-oriented person with passion and desire
• Hard worker and willing to work under pressure
• Good communication skill in Bahasa Indonesia and English (preferable)
• Willing to work long hours in a high-pressure working environment
• Possess own transportation (Car or motorcycle) is preferred
• Positive attitude, outgoing, energetic, responsible, fast learner and independent
• Target oriented and able to work independently
• Potential Leadership Qualities, Self-starter with excellent Interpersonal Skills

3. Senior Instructor (SI)
Requirements:
• Male / Female
• Age between 28 – 35 years old
• Graduate Min. from Diploma 3 of reputable Hotel & Tourism University
• Having min 3 – 5 years experience of 4 or 5 Hotel in Housekeeping of public area Supervisor
• Customer and service-oriented person with passion and desire
• Hard worker and willing to work under pressure
• Good communication skill in Bahasa Indonesia and English (preferable)
• Willing to work long hours in a high-pressure working environment
• Possess own transportation (Car or motorcycle) is preferred
• Positive attitude, outgoing, energetic, responsible, fast learner and independent
• Target oriented and able to work independently
• Potential Leadership Qualities, Self-starter with excellent Interpersonal Skills
• Familiar with Power Point, Microsoft & Excel
• The Candidates must possess an excellent skill in igniting team spirit, motivating as well as developing others

4. Internal Auditor
Requirements:
• Male / Female
• Age between 28 – 30 years old
• Hold minimum S1 Accounting, with GPA min 2,80
• Having minimum 4 years experiences in internal audit field
• Having good understanding of accounting, payroll, accounts receivables & payables, purchase & distribution processes
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and accounting program
• Having good communication skill and analytical thinking, experience in identifying weaknesses in internal control processes and creative problem solving abilities
• Mature, easy to adapt, proactive, attention to details
• Willing to travel to branches to do audit
• Willing and able to work as a team and or independently

5. Sales Account Executive (SE)
Requirements:
• Male / Female
• Age between 25 – 30 years
• Minimum D3 in any discipline
• Having 2 years proven sales experience for Sales Executives (SE)
• Customer and service-oriented person with passion and desire
• Hard worker and willing to work under pressure
• Good communication skill in Bahasa Indonesia and English (preferable)
• Willing to work long hours in a high-pressure working environment
• Possess own transportation (Car or motorcycle) is preferred
• Positive attitude, outgoing, energetic, responsible, fast learner and independent
• Target oriented and able to work independently
• Potential Leadership Qualities, Self-starter with excellent Interpersonal Skills
