PT. Interactive Hub are Asia leading interactive media sales and marketing company selected by top internet portals as exclusive sales representative. We provide advertising solutions to help advertisers effectively reach out to their customers.
Due to rapid growth, we are currently looking for dynamic and strategic Advertising Sales Director/Senior Manager to join our team. This role will primarily be responsible for selling online advertising for our affiliate, Microsoft Digital Advertising Solutions (MDAS).
The candidate shall engage with potential clients to strategize and demonstrate how our affiliate website can drive revenue to their businesses, pitch new businesses to advertising agencies/direct clients, understand and identify key trends within client markets and industries to meet given sales target. The candidate is expected to understand and be able to articulate the overall business objectives of the sales organization, and its value proposition to the advertising community.

Advertising Sales Director/Senior Sales Manager
Requirements:
• Diploma or higher in Business, Marketing or equivalent
• At least 3 years of account management and/or management level, a minimum of 2 years of which has been in dealing with advertising agency environment.
• Proven ability to develop business opportunities and achieve success in account growth and revenue generation.
• Good understanding of marketing new media techniques such as Internet or mobile
• Proven track record executing complex projects
• Passionate about internet or media advertising
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong presentation abilities.
• Excellent command of English is a must
• Strong listening skills and the ability to be open to new ideas from team members, co-workers, industry sources and clients.
• Foreigners will be considered.
To succeed in this role, you must be proactive with a high level of energy, able to work independently and multi-task. Excellent analytical skills are also key to this role.
