Management Trainee

Requirements:
• Graduated from a reputable university min with a bachelor degree in finance or business management
• Min have experience in Internal Control Analysis and realibility
• Posses good working knowledge and understanding of financial processes is a must
• Strong Critical thinking and analytical skills
• Must have strong initiative,result oriented with strong personal drive
• Must posses strong risk and Control sense
• Possess high integrity,high spirit and energy to lead control improvement process
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to deal with people from all levels in professional way
• A team player with matured attitude and ability to work independently with min supervision in a highly demanding environment
• English proficiency both in report writing and speaking is a must

Consultant is responsible for:
• Execution of Financial Services (FS) process and technical activities
• Administration of engagement activities in support of work products and client deliverables
• Improving Financial Services development and performance

Desired Skills:
• Seeking the following areas of experience:
• Minimum of 1 year industry experience with an S1 degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in one or more phases of a project life cycle
• Experience in one or more of the following industries: banking, insurance, or financial markets
