1. Data Processing Manager
Responsibilities:
• Formulates and implements local DP policies, procedures and guidelines in line with Group DP initiatives
• Reviews and recommends solutions on DP operations with other concerned parties, if appropriate, to enhance departmental efficiency
• Plans, manages and monitors DP operation in general to ensure projects are properly run and deadlines are met
• Coordinates with research / field department regarding project specifications / timetable and other concerns to ensure a workable project plan is compiled for all parties
• Attends status meeting with project heads to discuss progress and problems regarding project and recommend/follow up actions on DP issues
• Leads and supervises DP team leaders regarding project implementation
• Plans and manages the manpower resources to ensure efficient allocation of human resources for different projects and future need
• Plans and delivers the training of advanced DP skills and techniques to staff and evaluates the effectiveness to ensure they have the required skills for present duties and future challenges
• Evaluates the performance of team members and formulates improvement plan for non-performers to ensure quality individual and departmental performance
• Proposes the DP year-budget on manpower resources and training plans to country manager for approval and be responsible for the implementation
• Estimates DP jobs cost for quotation and reference purpose
• Liaises, deals and shares with other DP managers in the group for assistance and support
• Assists Group DP in testing new program / software and providing on-job support

Requirements:
• Hold Degree holder of Computer Science, Statistics, or Applied Mathematics
• At least 6 years DP experience with 2 years of supervisory experience
• Preferably with hands-on knowledge on Survey craft or any statistical software
• Knowledge on market research
• Good communication skills
• Good computer skills
• Ability to delegate
• Good time management skills
• Good analytical skills

2. Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst
Responsibilities:
Project Execution (80%):
• Conduct research and review
• Conduct interviews, analysis, interpretation and recommendation
• Liaise with outsources and RAs when necessary
• Write reports
• Conduct project presentation
• Ensure project deliverables are in order

Project Management (20%):
• Manage small scale projects
• Manage project on fee, time, resources, and team members
• Provide client liaison

Requirements:
• A degree holder from a reputable university (overseas graduate preferred)
• Having 2-3 years relevant experience (in consulting or industry)
• Capable of executing mid size and multi-countries consulting or research projects
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and report writing skills
• Fluent in speaking and writing in English

3. Accounting Manager
Responsibilities:
• Preparation monthly report
• Analysis of existing accounting procedures and implementation issues
• In charge for budgeting process including preparation of budget: compilation, review, discussion with all departments to ensure attainment figure presently reasonable and logically reflected in budget
• Handling tax report

Requirements:
• Male/Female
• Maximum age 35 years old
• Hold Bachelor degree (S1) major in Accounting
• Having min 5 years relevant experience
• Good knowledge about Indonesian tax regulation
• Able to work under pressure and willing to work over time
• Strong personality, self motivation and able to work independently
• PC literacy
• Possess mental toughness in dealing with difficult situation and or people
• Excellent communication
• Fluent in speaking and writing English
