I.PUBLIK RELATION MANAGER (PRM)

Reporting to Senior Manager Corporate Affairs, this position overseas strategy and development of written communications to all external audiences plus written content shared with Individual Business Owners, Clients, members of the news media, and the general public, to ensure understanding of the company’s business. Develop media relations, product publicity, credible and other strategies to generate and maximize opportunities to promote image of the Company.

Qualification:

- Bachelor (S1) in Public Relations
- Minimum 4 years working experience in the same field
- Excellent communication skill
- Leadership, Problem solving, Presentation and Strong Interpersonal skill
- Proficiency in English

General requirements:

- Must be familiar with Microsoft Office Software

II.GROUP BRAND MANAGER (GBM)

Reporting to Senior Manager of Marketing, he/she will be responsible for managing, maintaining, improving and developing Brand and Product focus and direction that maximizes sales and profitability which includes: company’s revenue, product portfolio management, and company’s reputation. He/she will be responsible for managing, developing, or creating, directing and coordinating Business Development programs that beneficial to company and Independent Business Owners (member / distributor).

Qualification:

- Bachelor (S1) in Marketing
- Minimum 4 years working experience in handling products
- Excellent in marketing skills such as: New Product launching, Promotion, Brand, Product - Forecasting, Product Pricing
- Leadership, Problem solving, Presentation and Strong Interpersonal skill
- Proficiency in English

III.TREASURY SUPERVISOR (TREA - SPV)

Reporting to Treasury Manager, he/she will ensure accurate, efficient and timely recording, reconciling cash receipt and disbursement.

IV.ACCOUNT PAYABLE SUPERVISOR (AP - SPV)

Reporting to Treasury Manager, he/she will ensure that payments are scheduled and processed on a timely basis and compliance with the company policy and procedure.

Qualification:

- Bachelor (S1) in Accounting
- Minimum 3 years working experience in Treasury
- Analytical skill
- Computer literate
- Familiar with Financial program using AS/400
- Leadership and Interpersonal skills

V.SECRETARY DEPARTMENT (SEC)

Reporting to a Department Head, she will provide secretarial support, to the Department Head which include translation, conversation both in English and Bahasa, composing letters and making travel arrangements for the Department Head and Department staffs.

Qualification :

- Female
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Secretary
- Minimum 2 years working experience as Secretary
- Administration and Interpersonal skills
- Computer Literate

VI.NUTRITION CONSULTAN (NUT - C)

Reporting to Experience Center Supervisor, he/she will provide professional consultancy on nutrition and wellness at Amway Experience Center (AEC) to the Independent Business Owners (members / distributors) and responsible for the maintenance and usage of the facilities.

Qualification:

- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Pharmacies
- Minimum 3 years working experience in service industry
- Service Excellence
- Proficiency in spoken English
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills

General requirements:

- Must be familiar with Microsoft Office Software

VII.MEDIA RELATION SUPERVISOR (MRS)

Reporting to Public Relations Manager, he / she will assist Public Relation Manager as spokesperson to the media and Agencies on behalf of Amway Indonesia and maintaining positive relationship with various target group media on behalf of the company.

Qualification:

- Bachelor (S1) in Public Relation / Mass Communication
- Working experience at least 2 years in relevant field
- Good relation with Media
