We are a wholly owned subsidiary of MAH SING GROUP BERHAD, a dynamic, fast growing and established Public Listed Company with diversified interest in Manufacturing, Property Development and Consumer Products. In addition to our existing landbanks in Klang Valley, we have acquired a 300-acre freehold mix development project in a prime location in Johor Bahru. In line with our aggressive expansion and recent successful launches in the Property Division, we invite highly motivated and qualified individuals to assume the following positions :

Business Development Senior Manager / Manager

The position would entail regional travel but not long term (over 1 week) stay is envisioned. The areas of responsibilities included but not limited to :
• Aggressively identify and evaluate potential acquisition and/or business opportunities that meet the Company’s business objectives
• Plan and manage local and regional overseas projects development which includes research on regional business opportunities etc
• Assist in the determination of fiscal requirements and prepare budgetary recommendations
• Negotiate and build relationships with local and foreign stakeholders including investors, key ministries, authorities and customers
• Responsible towards marketing off our end-products to the foregin markets

Requirements:
• He/She must be a person with strong integrity and excellent interpersonal communication and problem solving skills with a wide business network locally as well as internationally
• He/She should have more than 10 years of working exposure in the property development industry with excellent track records and at least 5 years at senior management level
• He/She should have a professional degree in Business Management/Real Estate Management coupled with an MBA
• Results driven with proven track record in business development and execution preferably at the regional level in the similar industry
• Willing to travel abroad
