1. Financial Analyst (Code: FA)
Responsibilities:
• Assist Finance & Administration Director to help control various units, Financial Analysis of Branch / Subsidiary, coordination among Finance & Administration Department of various units and Head Office control over various units
• Financial statement analysis, Variance analysis, Internal Audit of system & controls, Project/ Capital Expenditure feasibility preparation
Requirements:
• Male
• Maximum age 30 years old
• Hold S1 degree of Accounting / Finance with GPA min 3.0
• Having minimum experience of 3 years in similar position of Manufacturing
• Strong Analytical thinking and detail orientation
• Conversant with English (Oral / written)
• Conversant with MS office operation
2. Legal Staff (Code: LS)
Responsibilities:
• Monitoring company permit document, process new/extend Company permit due to Government regulation, record and file the document, review company relation agreement (Suppliers, Customer, Contractor, Shipping Line)
• Assist Human Resources Department Head to monitor and process Company Legal & permit base on Government Regulation. Review and prepare company agreements related to Legal aspect
Requirements:
• Male/Female
• Maximum age 30 years old
• Hold S1 degree of Law majoring Private Law ( Perdata ) with GPA min 3.0
• Having minimum experience of 2 years in similar position of manufacturing
• High Confident and strong communication skill
• Conversant with English (Oral / written)
• Conversant with MS office operation
