We are a leading multinational company in several Business such as : Palm Oil refinery, Manufacturing, Plantation, Textile, and chemical. Currently to strenghten our business in one of our manufacturing in Kawasan Industry Medan, we are looking for:
HR Manager Position
Key Success of This Position are:
• Have Good understanding about Human Resources Competencies
• Able to handling employee about 1000 people
• Mature and easygoing characteristic, adaptif and focus to HR aspect
• Have experience in hadling Industrail relations issues
• Familiar with Labor Law and Regulation
Requirements:
• Male/Female
• Age 25-30 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Law or equivalent.
• HR Competencies, Manpower Budgeting Planning, Industrial Relations.
• Leadership, Organizational Development, Personnel Administration.
• Good communication in English, Bahasa Indonesia, Arabic is advatage.
• At least 6 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Medan.
• Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Full-Time positions available.
