We are a 4 star Hotel in Malang, comprising 112 rooms and suites, Restaurant, Bar and Lounge, Swimming Pool, Fitness Center and In-Room Spa, Convention and Meeting rooms for up to 700 guests.

In accordance with the rapid growth in Santika group, we are now seeking highly motivated Professionals to join our team as:

1. Executive Sous Chef
Requirements:
• Male, max 35 years old and min D3 hotel academy graduation majoring in culinary
• Minimum 3 years experience in the same position in 4 / 5 star hotel
• Experience in Asian or oriental including Japanese and western cuisines is a must also pastry & bakery
• Superior ability in budgeting procedures and efficient food costing
• Dynamic, service oriented and creative
• Result driven, good self - presentation
• Communication skill team player and problem solving

2. Public Relation Officer
Requirements:
• Female, max 25 years old and min D3 degree holder
• Excellent English & Good computer literate
• Has good communication skill
• Preferably with 2 year experience in the same position
• Dynamic, service oriented and creative
• Result driven, good self - presentation
• Communication skill team player and problem solving

3. Sales & Marketing Manager
Requirements:
• Male or female, max 35 years old with min D3 degree holder
• Preferably with 2 years experience in the same position in 4 star hotel
• Able to produce strategic business plan
• Excellent communication skill, self motivated and result oriented
• Excellent English and good computer literate
• Dynamic, service oriented and creative
• Result driven, good self - presentation
• Communication skill team player and problem solving
