PT Senayan Trikarya Sempana are PT Senayan Trikarya Sempana, the owner / operator of Senayan Square comprising Plaza Senayan, Apartemen Plaza Senayan, Plaza Senayan Arcadia, Sentral Senayan 1 and Sentral Senayan 2. We currently seek suitably qualified person to join our management team:
1. Marketing Assistant
Responsibilities:
• to initiate and coordinate secretarial functions and administration work required to assist the marketing and leasing department with administrative duties
Requirements:
• FEMALE
• Single
• Age between 22-25 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Sales & Marketing, Secretarial or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• Preferred language(s): Japanese.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta.
• Applicants should be Indonesian, others citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Full-Time positions available.
• Diploma/Bachelor degree from reputable university majoring English literature/business administration/management/marketing
• Excellent English skill (oral and written) is a must
• Having at least one year relevant experience preferred
• Good computer skills including excel spreadsheets
• Willing to learn, well organized, details conscious, team player, can work under pressure
2. Secretary (Sec/IT)
Requirements:
• Female (Single)
• Age between 22-27 years old
• Graduated from secretarial academy
• 1 year relevance working experience but not essential
• Well organized, detail conscious, and neat
• Computer literate
• Excellent in English skill
3. Housekeeping Supervisor for Apartment Plaza Senayan (HK-SPV/APS)
Requirements:
• Male
• Age between 28-35 years old
• Local/Overseas Graduate from D3 degree in Hotel/Tourism Industry or equivalent, especially in handling hotel or apartment rooms
• Having at least 3 years experience as Housekeeping Supervisor
• Good leadership and managerial skill is required
• Excellent in English (oral and written) is a must
4. Japanese Cook (Cook/APS)
Requirements:
• Male (Single)
• Maximum age 30 years old
• Graduated from Hotel school with minimum diploma degree
• Having experience at least 1 (one) years in hotel/restaurant as cook
• Have basic English skill
• Minimum height 160 cm
5. Property Management Trainee (PMT/OPS & Leasing)
Requirements:
• Male/Female (Single)
• Age between 22-25 years old
• Hold Bachelor/Master degree from reputable/overseas university majoring in Business Administration/marketing/management with minimum GPA is 3.00 (scale: 4.00)
• Excellent in English (oral and written) is a must
• Good computer skills including excel spreadsheets
• Willing to learn, well organized, details conscious, team player, and can work under pressure
