Catholic Relief Services (CRS) is an international humanitarian organization working in the Southeast Asian Region for the past 50 years. To help achieve our growth and mission critical objectives for the region, we are recruiting for this position to be based in our regional office in Jakarta.
1. Administration Manager – Jakarta Office
Responsibilities:
• The Administration Manager is responsible to evaluate, develop and strengthen overall internal administration of main office and coordinate and support field offices administration to comply with donor regulations and CRS policies and procedures.
• This position provides effective leadership to oversee all aspects of country program administration including adequate support and oversight of field office administration systems and issues.
• The overall responsibility includes, but is not limited to, purchasing, vehicle management, inventory management and reporting, general and liaison services such as travel arrangements (domestic and international), cleanliness and maintenance of office, ensuring adequate technical support is provided to all staff as regards use of office equipments, managing and monitoring visas for international staff and foreign visitors, contracts and leases for office buildings and international staff houses.
• The position is also responsible to monitor legal status for CRS/Indonesia (MOU and others) and ensure renewal when needed. Maintain good relations with key government offices (DEPSOS, SETNEG, IMMIGRATION, DEPLU, etc.).
• This position is expected to provide adequate support to all departments including programming.
Requirements:
• University degree in Management/Business Administration or other relevant discipline. Masters degree in Business Administration will be an added advantage.
• At least 5 years of experience at Management level in similar positions.
• Excellent supervisory and leadership skills, organized management style.
• Excellent ability to handle multi-tasking, prioritization, problem solving, planning, analytical ability and judgment, and negotiation skills are key to this position.
• Demonstrated high standards of professionalism, initiative and best stewardship of resources.
• Proven record of absolute personal integrity, honesty and confidentiality are mandatory.
• Positive team behavior and ability to coordinate / cooperate with other departments.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Ability to use MS Windows and MS Office packages.
2. HR Manager – Jakarta Indonesia
Responsibilities:
• The HR Manager will be responsible for setting up, developing and strengthening all human resources functions and processes in the Indonesia program.
• As an integral link between Indonesia top management and staff, the HR Manager shall be responsible for initiating, whenever needed, organizational measures – by way of pro-active development and roll out of policies, pro-active or intervening mechanisms, communication programs, etc. that help management and staff work together as a cohesive organization to fulfill its strategic objectives.
• As the lead functional manager of all HR units in the program, the HR manager shall be responsible for the development and implementation of responsive HR programs, ensuring Indonesia wide compliance to required standards of performance.
• As the program champion for CRS HR global initiatives, the HR manager shall ensure alignment of local HR function and programs with SEAPRO and HQ standards, and shall advise CRS/ID management on actions to ensure such alignment.
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Business administration or Degree in Social Sciences with relevant experience. Master Degree in Human Resources Management may be an added advantage
• At least five (5) years experience in Human Resource management issues at Management level
• Demonstrated ability to effectively impart knowledge and skills to direct reports
• Proficiency in English language both in verbal and written communication
• Sound knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and knowledge of payroll management
• Extensive knowledge of Indonesian HR practices; working knowledge of Western HR practices
• Relevant exposure to working with international staff in an cross-cultural environment
• Working familiarity with HR information systems, MS Office software, and other computer related applications
• Proven record of honesty, integrity and confidentiality
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to use MS Windows and MS Office packages

saya sangat bersyukur dengan pemberitaan lowongan dalam internet.
saya dan teman-teman sangat membutuhkan pekerjaan karena meskipun sudah berusaha maksimal untuk dapat kerja didaerah tapi gagal hanya karena sistem yang salah dan bobrok di daerah. sudah 4 tahun wisuda tapi masih nganggur.

CRS is a great help to all people who are in the grass roots, especially in the rural areas. It helps to alleviate the life of the oppr in the far flung villages.
It is hope that CRS will go on helping peolenot only in the marginal sector but to the most depressed villages
