Secretary / Administrator
Responsibilities:
• A secretary/administrator provides clerical and administrative support, either as part of a team or individually. And you will also be responsible for overseeing junior staff.
• Secretarial/administrative work role is not clearly defined. Some work may involve telephone and word processing skills.
• Typical work tasks, such as copy-typing, general word processing, dealing with telephone and e-mail enquiries, creating and maintaining filing systems, keeping diaries and taking appointments for staff.
• Your role will include the following using all software to produce correspondence and documents, and maintain presentations, spreadsheets and databases, booking rooms, arranging meetings, taking minutes and keeping notes, invoicing, setting up and maintaining an inventory system, looking after order and outstanding balances liaising with members of staff in other departments and external contacts, ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment supplies, using shorthand and audio tapes to produce letters, devising and maintaining office systems, organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information.
Requirements:
• Female
• Having minimum 2 (two) years experience in secretarial fields
• Well conversant in English, and computer literate
• Good looking and love customers
