1. Logistics Assistants (Jakarta & West Java Based)
Responsibilities:
• Reporting to Logistic Manager. Responsible for finding reliable sources to supply goods maintenance, arrange transportation and distribution, good knowledge of supply chains
Requirements:
• Hold Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Business Administration
• Having min 2 years experience in similiar position, able to work and communicate fluently in English both verbally and in writting

2. Finance Officers (Jakarta Based)
Responsibilities:
• Reporting to Finance Manager. Supervise the finance/accounting fuction. Responsible for funds management, cash flow, budget and financial control/reporting
Requirements:
• Hold Bachelor or Master Degree in Accounting or Business Administration
• Having min 3 years experience in similiar position preferably in International NGO, able to work and communicate fluently in English both verbally and in writting
• Excellent understanding of theories, concept and application of Accounting principles
• Excellent knowledge of Indonesia financial law

3. Disaster Preparedness & Response Manager (Jakarta Based With Extensive Field Travel)
Responsibilities:
• Reporting to Senior Programmes Manager. The Incumbent will lead the Disaster Preparedness and Response Department to respond effectively to disaster, design, plans and implement IRI disaster preparedness and risk management programme to support the community to respond effectively to disaster as well as enhancing organizational capacity and contingency plans in disaster response.
• Responsible for project planning, designing, implementation, monitoring and evaluation. Should have Strong Training and Facilitation Skills as well as Networking Skills.
Requirements:
• Hold Bachelor or Master Degree in Social, Science or any related field
• Having 5 years experience in similiar position preferably in an international NGO
• Strong leadership abiloty, able to work and communicate fluently in English both verbally and in writting
• Good knowledge and understanding of theories, concept and application to design, plan, monitor and evaluate DPR programs
• Computer literate
4. Area Manager (Banten, West Java & NTB Based)
Responsibilities:
• Reporting to Senior Manager. The incumbent will be responsible for the overall managemnet, coordinatong and supervising all Islamic Relief projects in his/her area including social mobilization
Requirements:
• Hold Bachelor or Master Degree in any related field
• Having min 5 years experience in similiar position preferably in Intenational NGO
• Strong leadership ability, able to work and communicate fluently in English both verbally and writting
• Good knowledge monitor and understanding of theories, concept and application to design, paln, monitor and evaluate programs
• Computer literate
5. WATSAN Manager (Jakarta based with extensive field travel)
Responsibilities:
• Reporting to Senior Programme Manager. The Incumbent will be responsible fro overall planning, implementing, monotoring and evaluating IR countryside Water and Sanitation projects including construction facilities.
Requirements:
• Hold Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering
• Having min 5 years experience in similiar position preferably in International NGO
• Strong leadership ability, able to work and communicate fluently in English both verbally and in writting

The basic plan would be to involve Gram Sabha and Van Samitees in collecting information on available bio resources. In order to evoke participation, the NGO would resort to a member of ice breaking and confidence building measures. The idea would be to get acquainted with the people culture & environment as well as make them understand the purpose & importance of the project. In gathering information various methodologies like observation, PRA, participation, mapping, informal / formal conversations among other would be applied. The NGO would also bring out the relevant information from the folk culture and other aspects of day living-sacred as well as profane of the people. The village children would also be involved through competitions, games etc.

Position: Finance Officer

Saya sudah lama ingin membuka Industrie kecil di bidang Sabun Cuci,dan sekarang saya sudah mempersiapkan proposal untuk mendapatkan dana, jumlah dana yang saya butuhkan adalah sekitar Rp.500.000.000.-(Lima ratus juta rupiah) apakah ada NGO yang dapat membantu kami?
