1. Legal Manager
The ideal candidate should be:
• Age between 30 – 40 years old
• Min. degree with major in Business Law, post graduate will be preferred.
• Min. 5 (five) years experiences as Legal Manager
• Capable in legal drafting and review, both in Indonesian and English
• Strong analytical Thinking
• Able to work in various and multi environment
• Able & stable to work under pressure
2. Finance Manager
The ideal candidate should be:
• Age 35 – 40 years old
• Graduate with major in Economics, preferably S2 in Banking & Finance
• Min. 5 (five) years experiences as Finance Manager
• Providing an interpreting financial information
• Business modeling and forecasting
• Monitoring performance and efficiency
• Analyzing change and conducting risk assessment
• Expert in restructuring and re engineering
• Participating in strategic planning and formulating long-term business plan.
• Researching and reporting on factors that influencing business performance
3. Marketing Executives
The ideal candidate should be:
• Age 25 – 35 years old
• Degree with major in marketing, preferably from overseas
• Min. 5 (five) years experiences in marketing area, preferably in property industry.
• Computer literate, fluent in English, fluent in Mandarin will be an advantage
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Ready start to work immediately.
4. Executives Secretary
The ideal candidate should be:
• Age 25 – 30 years old
• Degree from any discipline, preferably from overseas.
• Min. 5 (five) years experiences executives secretary.
• Proficient deep level of secretarial skill and personal assistant.
• Confident, mature and smart to handling media or other parties
• Possess a high communication, presentation and negotiation skill
• Computer literate, good in English is a must, fluent in Mandarin will be an advantage
