1. Waiter / Waitress
Requirements:
• Male/Female
• Hold min graduated from SMIP
• Experiences from same field or fresh graduated
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Good grooming & pleasant personality
• Responsible & team work oriented
• Know basic Asian, Western and International food knowledge
• Know basic service knowledge

2. Captain Waiter
Requirements:
• Male/Female
• Hold min graduated from SMIP
• Having 1 year experience in the same field at Hotel / Restaurant
• Good knowledge of Asian, Western and International food
• Good knowledge of F&B service
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Good leadership; responsible and team work oriented
• Good grooming and pleasant personality

3. Bartender
Requirements:
• Male
• Hold minimum D3 degree
• Age between 25-30 years old
• Minimum experience 3 years in hotel or restaurant as bartender
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Good all beverages knowledge
• Basic alcohol and non alcohol drink
• Attractive and pleasant personality, good appearance, smart, co-operative, can work under pressure
• Good leadership; responsible and team work oriented
• Cost oriented
• Energetic and outgoing person

4. Executive Chef
Requirements:
• Male
• Age between 30-40 years old
• Hold min Diploma Hotel Degree
• At least 3 years experience as an Executive Chef at the same field in restaurant or hotel
• Handling specialty in Asian fussion style
• Has strong kitchen management skill
• Good Menu Engineering knowledge
• Good leadership and innovative
• Responsible and team work oriented
• Cost oriented
• Computer literate
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Attractive / good appearance, good personality, smart, co-operative, can work under pressure

5. Manager / Operation Manager
Requirements:
• Male
• Candidate must possess Diploma Hotel or Bachelor Degree
• Age between 30-40 years old
• Experience in running restaurant or hotel min 3 years as Restaurant Manager or Operational Manager
• Innovative, communicative, highly motivated, open minded, creative, independent and trustworthy
• Strong management skill and leadership
• Good team leader; responsible and team work oriented
• Excellent problem solving skills and capability to work in a high pressured environment
• High integrity & professionally person
• Fluent in English, verbal and written, are must; Computer Literate
• Good marketing knowledge
• Capable to create training program to improve staff knowledge
