The Job:
1 Preparation of Daily Revenue report
2 Go through all arrival/ departure folios and registration card & check details of payment mothered, and follow up.
3 Daily transactions for credit card , cash & cheque to be checked and tally with system
4 Checking on a daily basis the in-house high balance report to ensure that everything is in control.
5 Verifying all the postings folios & outlets, and allowance proper authorization attached.
6 rate discrepancies, discount rate ,no shows , complimentary rooms to be verified daily basis
7 Go through all house keeping reports, if any discrepancies & out of order rooms and reasons.
8 Verifying extra bed charges & late check out charges ,
9 Room rate with package, foreign exchange transactions, paid out/refund /mics vouchers to be check,
10 Daily city ledger transactions & proper back ups , LPO attached or not,
11 Daily cash collections & credit card transactions tally with system report
12 Co-ordination with the Reservation Department for booking requests to:
