• Knowl basic service knowledge
2. Bartender
Requirements:
• Male
• Hold min Diploma (D3) degree
• Age between 25-35 years old
• Minimum experience 3 years in hotel or restaurant as bartender
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Good all beverages knowledge
• Basic alcohol and non alcohol drink
• Attractive and pleasant personality, good appearance, smart, co-operative, can work under pressure
• Good leadership; responsible and team work oriented
• Cost oriented
• Energetic and outgoing person
3. Chef
Requirements:
• Male/Female
• Age between 30-40 years old
• Hold min SMIP/SMK
• At least 1 year experience as a Chef in Asian / Japanese Food
• Know basic food and cooking knowlegde in Asian / Japanese food
• Responsible and team work oriented
• Attractive / good apperance, good personality, smart, co-operative, can work under pressure

I am an HRM student in DLSP, where I took up bartending, international cuisine, housekeeping, and tourism. I’ve able to got a grade of flat 1 in my subjects and able to got a 1.50 grade in my class card. I can do bottle joggling, table skerting, bed making and a lot more. I join chef’s on parade (COP) when i am in 1st year college in bottle joggling and canape making competition. I’ve also join a quiz bee competition. I’ve trained in shakey’s, platinum hotel and fernandina suites 88.
