Plantation / Farm Manager

Responsibilities:
• Manager should be able to keep watch of plantation and make sure that everything is in schedule and all works are performed accordingly
• Be able to monitor the crop and take speedy and responsible actions against crop virus and external or unpredictable damages
• Be able to socialize with the locals, the local authorities and the local supplier to ensure plantation’s success
• Work within the budgets set by the company
• Profit sharing options available also

Requirements:
• Male
• Age between 25-35 years old
• Hold min S1 in Plantation/ farming or related fields
• Minimum 5 years experience in Farming Cows/ Planting Grain and seasonal crop.
• Motivated, excellent drive and highly organized.
• Goal oriented, dedicated, honest and loyal
• Able to be placed in plantation locations in Sumatra or Kalimantan. Preferably people from those areas
