1. Merchandiser (Merch)
Responsibilities:
• Ensures that communication link running smoothly amongst various department including external parties
• Maintain key information and documentation supplier capacity and capabilities, quota availability and lead times to support effective allocation decisions
• Communicates status of orders, deliveries to respective parties and able to resolve issues
Requirements:
• English fluency is a must
• 3-5 years of work experience as merchandiser in reputable company
• Good negotiation skills and knowledge of the textile business
• Computer literate
2. Garment / Pattern Technician (PT)
Responsibilities:
• Ensures that developed product is fully evaluated and commercialized in preparation for mass production
• Ensures product evaluation covers areas of fit, performance, grading, workmanship and commercial viability
• Ensures all samples created are technically viable
• Ensures that all products in development conform to the article description (AD) in all aspects
• Ensures that size sets, counter samples and confirmation samples are produced and approved in a timely manner
Requirements:
• English fluency is a must
• Have specific pattern making background (preferably as a pattern maker) for at least 4 years and if you have 2 years exp as garment technician if would be an advantage
• A comprehensive knowledge of sewing and garment production methods
• 2 years production experience in the garment manufacturing is preferable

I am a 37yr old British / Australian, with Indonesian citizenship. I have been living in Bali for the ppast 17yrs, and working in the garment industry for the past 12.
I am currently the manager of a large USA export garment company. I oversee preproduction (textile purchasing, production samples, marker analysis, analysis of USA sales information, etc) as well as monitor the other areas of the company, from R&D to design to production / shipping.
My biggest strength is a passionate interest in textiles, and a great deal of Indonesian industry knowledge and connections. I speak fluent Indonesian and enjoy managing my extensive Indonesian management team.
