1. Administration Staff (ADM)
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for handling administrative duties and filing document to support operational unit effectively and efficiently
Requirements:
• Female, age between 21 – 25 years old
• Hold D3 Secretary / S1 in Business Administration from reputable university with GPA min 3,00
• Fresh graduated or max 2 years experience
• Strong in administrative duties
• Customer Service Oriented
• Excellence interpersonal skill
• Skillful in Ms. Office
• Attention to detail
2. Press Relation and Media Monitoring Staff (MR)
Responsibilities:
• Monitor mass media and ensuring news objectivity for IDX, maintain relation with mass media, and responsible for distributing IDX information to public by press release and other media.
Requirements:
• Male/Female, age max 28 years old
• Bachelor degree communication (journalistic) with GPA min 3,00 from reputable university
• Fresh graduate or having experiences is advantageous
• Having good knowledge in Finance & Capital Market
• Strong in communication skill (written and oral)
• Dynamic and good interpersonal skill
• Good in team work
• High achievement motivation
3. Surveillance Facilities and System Evaluation Staff (ESWAS)
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for review and modify alert / surveillance system, develop and evaluation trading surveillance program and also manage data and information.
Requirements:
• Male/Female, Age max 27 years old
• Bachelor degree Statistic with GPA min 3,00 from reputable university
• Fresh graduate or having experiences is advantageous
• Having good knowledge in capital market regulations is advantageous (IDX Regulations and Indonesia Capital Market and Financial Institution Supervisory Agency /BAPEPAM Regulations)
• Strong in analytical thinking
• Good in team work
• High achievement motivation
• Having knowledge in programming language
4. Transaction Audit Staff (AK-TA)
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for transaction audit to support market integrity.
Requirements:
• Male/Female, age max 28 years old
• Bachelor degree in accounting with GPA min 3,00 from reputable university
• Strong in analytical thinking
• Good in Team Work
• Having good knowledge in capital market regulations is advantageous (IDX Regulations and Indonesia Capital Market and Financial Institution Supervisory Agency / BAPEPAM Regulations)
• Good Communication Skill
• High Achievement Motivation
5. Listing Division of Real Sector Staff (AK-LR)
Responsibilities:
• Responsible as account officer for IDX issuer (listed company), evaluating and analyzing future listed company, monitoring issuer’s compliance to listing and capital market regulation, monitoring corporate action, maintain database of the listed company, and as a helpdesk for e-reporting facilities.
Requirements:
• Male/Female, age max 28 years old
• Bachelor degree in accounting with GPA min 3,00 from reputable university
• Having good knowledge in capital market regulations is advantageous (IDX Regulations and Indonesia Capital Market and Financial Institution Supervisory Agency / BAPEPAM Regulations)
• Strong in analytical thinking
• Having good knowledge in corporate action
• Good Communication Skill
• Good in Team Work
• High Achievement Motivation
