I.Data Operation Network Engineer
The successful applicants shall fulfill the following criteria:
* Min. bachelor degree in Technical disciplined (Male / Female)
* Min. 1 year experience with ISP Network Operation Center, Enterprise / IT level Network
* Infrastructure or Data Center Support
* Experience and flexibility in handling on-call responsibilities
* In-depth knowledge of networking, routing, switching protocols & solid understanding of change management principles
* Creative problem solving abilities & great in troubleshooting skills
* Network certification such as CCNA or equivalent training/experience is preferred
* Project Management certifications or training such as PMP is preferred
* Ability to work independently and in a team
* Excellent English languages both oral and written
II.Telemarketing staff
Requirement:
* College or university graduation
* Experiences of Managing Inbound orders and confirmations in call center
* Good willing to accept and learn knowledge of merchandise for perfect customers-oriented services
* Good healthy and working flexibly no matter in day time or night time
* Willing to be place at Karawaci Office
III.Telemarketing Sect. Head
Requirement:
* University graduation
* Two years minimum to be a Head in customer services Dept
* Experience in leading call center Inbound team
* Good Interpersonal skills for Departments coordination
* Good communication with Team members for problems solving and decision making
* Familiar with equipment of call center operation
* Other abilities required: cost and benefit analysis, project management, presentation skill
* Willing to be place at Karawaci Office
IV.Marketing Sect. Head
Requirement:
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing
* Five years working experience of marketing minimum in Indonesia
* Well experience in making a marketing plan, doing market survey, analysis of results, and giving useful suggestions
* Excellent abilities in manage, monitor project activities, as well as coordinate the processing with other Dept. on schedule
* Fluent in English, Chinese, Indonesia speaking writing
* Willing to be place at Karawaci Office
