OCEAN EXPORT CUSTOMER SERVICE (Surabaya)
Description:
If you have a passion for Ocean Export and would like to work with a dynamic and professional group of individuals then read on.You must have minimum 2 years of Ocean Export experience and have knowledge of all export compliance regulations as they relate to exporting goods from Surabaya and Semarang by ocean transportation.
You will find it to be a busy and fast paced work environment where you will be required to balance the needs of multiple customers with an ongoing objective of achieving superior customer service.
You will need to possess the ability to be pro-active in your daily functions. As you interact day to day with the various sectors of the supply chain you will increase your knowledge of the exciting business of global logistics.
The ideal candidate will have a motivation to learn. They will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and have an aptitude for numbers. In order to be successful in this position you will need to be able to multi task with ease while providing excellent customer service.
Requirements:
• University graduated
• Minimum 2 years working experience, in ocean freight industry is an asset
• Good command of english
• Job Location: Surabaya
