Our company is an optical and fashion retail business having target to become a world-class brand name and expand business into national and international market in optical and fashion retail industry, with a strong local present and sales overseas. The company is embracing the market challenges to provide goods that meet the exact needs of our customers.
In order to fulfill this objective, the company is seeking dynamic, proactive, dedicated strong individuals for position below for our business retail units:

1. Retail Stores Manager
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years experience in retail or fashion stores business
• Communicative, perseverance, and excellent performance
• Ability to solve problems
• Ability to handle people, a people person
• Have initiative

2. Financial Officer
Requirements:
• S1 degree in Accountancy from reputable university, with minimum of 2 years working experience, preferably in retail industry
• Familiar with accounting software packages.
• Fluent in English.
• Computer literate.
• Excellent working knowledge of Indonesian Tax Regulations.
• Honest, disciplined, and dedicated personality.
• Good interpersonal relationship skills.
• Ability to work independently with high accuracy, detail oriented, strong critical and analytical skills.
• Able to communicate effectively across different levels in the organization and work under tight timeframes and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

3. Visual Merchendiser
Requirements:
• A bachelor degree in visual and fashion merchandising
• Retail sales experience minimum 2 year
• Creative, should be above average ability for artistic expression, technical and design expertise, knowledge of fashion and art / design industry trends and forecasts
• Showing high initiative

4. Accounting Officer
Requirements:
• University graduate with major Accounting with minimal GPA of 3,00
• At least 2 (two) years working experience in Finance or Accounting division, preferably in a retail industry
• Good knowledge in accounting standards
• Ability to focus on detail, high speed and accurate/precise
• Ability to sustain long periods of pressure in order to meet deadlines
• Excellent analytical & interpersonal skill
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
