Played different zonal, inter zonal & state championships as given below:-
Four times zonal level gold medalist (2000-2004).
Four times inter zonal level gold medalist (2000-2004).
Played different state level championships during 2002 to now.
Played different national championships as given below:-
Played three school national championships during (2001-2003), in Gujarat (Bhavnagar), Gujarat (Gandhi nagar), Gujarat(surat), won silver, bronze & silver respectively
Bangalore in 2002 won bronze medal in individual and artistic yoga.
Delhi in 2003 won bronze medal in individual and artistic yoga.
Played in Haryana in (2006-08).
Jharkhand in 2008 got all India 8th rank.
Won gold medal in inter college championship (2005-06).
Played different international championships as given below:-
Played international championship in Surat, Gujarat in 2008.
Got 3rd rank in international ranking in Puducherry in Jan, 2009.
§ OTHER ACHIEVEMENTS:-
Conducted a workshop on Yoga for Chief Controllers (R&D), Directors and Senior Scientists of Defence Research & Development Organization (DRDO), Ministry of Defence at Annual Morning Walk on 28th Nov 2009 at Nehru Park, New Delhi.
Selected to go Brazil & Spain as an international player of yoga in (2002-03).
Awarded with Special Honor to be A+ performer during (2002-03) by shri mahabali satpal (sports director) Delhi.
Awarded with outstanding sports performance in yoga during (2005-06) by Delhi University Chancellor in Motilal Nehru College.
Awarded with A+ performer by Dr. Ramavtar (yoga shiromani of Delhi) form Manav Kalyan Yoga, Prakriti Chikitsa & Shiksha Sansthan in 2003.
Selected by Central Council for Research in Yoga and Naturopathy (CCRYN), Janak Puri, New Delhi (Ministry of Health) as yoga therapist-cum-demonstrator to go with their team to promote yoga in Chandigarh in 2006.

The photographs of asanas done by me shooted at Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga for the books which are going to be sent to the WHO as the report of Indian Traditional Yoga.
