This role is responsible for assisting New Zealand businesses to internationalise both within the Indonesian market, and also exploring ways to use Indonesia as a location to achieve business success in South and South-East Asia.
You will be a person who is able to formulate strategies in partnership with NZ companies to support future business growth; and identify new opportunities for NZ companies through your ability to research and analyse trends in the market, and by using your highly established network.
Ideally you will have a background in the food and beverage industry with strong existing networks. You will be a person who has experience of commercial matters in a business development or international environment and a proven track record in developing business or analysing business trends. You will need to have a tertiary qualification in economics or commerce. It will be essential that you are a fluent English speaker who has an excellent command of written English.
This position is based in Jakarta and the sucessful candidate will be employed under local terms and conditions. No relocation costs will be paid if living outside of Indonesia.

I am Samy Sonata Himawan, I am 32 Years old, Married with 2 children,
Graduated from Gunadarma University (S1 degree)
majoring in Informatics Management.
I was working for about 4 years as an Owner representative for
a Singaporean Shipping company in Indonesia which main core bussiness
in Tug & Barging.
One of my job is to entertain some people in order to support
the vessels operation in Indonesia area, the entertain is from Foreigner
to local people such like customer, Surveyor, goverment officer.
I also has been given responsible for leading and controling
Indonesian crew which working in their vessels,
also to analize and prevent of any of unconditional behaviour of the crew
which can give negative effect to the company,
also to maximize their potential in working so will be a good effect
to the company.
I also have been given responsble to control vessels movement,
bunker (Fuel topping up), and daily consumption.
I only have a little experience in F&B field but I am enjoying to work
with foreigner and I would like to apply for the job vacant.

I have Diploma IV Degree in Tourism Management from Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Bandung known as NHI. My major is Tourism Management which emphasize on the subject of Planning and Marketing. I have six months trainee experience in Way Kambas National Park East Lampung, Sumatra. and several social research as an enumerator for Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Bandung in certain remote area (Tawangmangu, Kebumen-Central Java; Pangandaran,Puncak-West Java; Ubud-Bali)with various responsibilities as Follows:
1. Preparing the research tools and material
2. Acquire research permit for related area from province
level to the smalest administration (Vilage)
3. Collecting research data through filed survey with questionaire
and deep interview with unit analisys related to the research
theme.
4. Responsible for knowledge transfer of the importance of
maintaining natural resources
5. Research Report.
I also literate in coputer hardware Installation as well as software Installation such as SPSS ( statistical software for reseach purpose); Ulead Video Studio, Corel Draw, Adobe Photoshop (for the needs of presentation purposes).
