In the middle of our expanding ICT businesses (IT System Integration, IT Solution Consulting, Telecommunication, Internet Service Provider, etc), we plan to start a well-organized and promising recruitment of many young experienced people with strong sales-oriented attitudes for a number of positions being grouped as:
Business Representative / Account Manager
Responsibilities:
• Your experience and professional caliber will be highly appreciated and rated in an attractive compensation and position ranks.
Main Responsibilities:
• Develop-execute sales plans (target, strategy, performance measurement; tactics, daily management).
• Aggressively develop-manage strategic accounts & build strong relationship by consultative approach.
• Able to persuasively communicate our capabilities in various products/services to result in business deals.
Requirements:
• Degree in IT, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication or related & min 2 year experience in related jobs
• Highly assertive, good people approach & attractive personalities
• Strong knowledge of industry, territory or client networks as implied in Specific Qualifications
• Kkeen to pursue a long-term career with various project-based sales activities & teamwork
• Highly skillful in business presentation, sales negotiation & influencing clients
• Proven sales track record & able to work to a target of US$ 2-5 Mio/year
State your territory specialization:
• For Financial Service Industry, based in Jakarta (SI-AM FSI)
• For Manufacturing/Retail & Distribution, based in Jakarta (SI-AM CB)
• For Telecommunication Industry,based in Jakarta (TMI-AM)
• For Consulting Service, based in Jakarta (CS-AM) with Sales experience in IT solutions like: Business Application (HCM, SRM, SCM, BI, CRM), IT Infrastructure, etc. Experience/knowledge in Oracle Apps, JDEdwards, PeopleSoft, SAP, BPCS, Baan, IFS, Cognos, Business Object, Microstrategy, Hyperion, Pivotal, Siebel, Vantive, etc is an advantage.
