We are Indonesia’s largest single-mine coal producer with a coal resource at over 2 billion tonnes of surface minable coal. Our coal is widely used in power plants and industrial plants throughout Europe, Asia and the USA as well as in Indonesia. Currently we have vacancies for experienced persons to join its dynamic team as:

The successful candidate should demonstrate excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office, open minded, quick learner, able to work under pressure and able to communicate in a team working environment.
Proficiency in English is a must. A working experience would be an advantage.

    Undertook product design and development of stainless steel and low alloys in semi-finished forms, processed through Arc furnace and ESR/VAR , for internal requirements and external clients.
    Learnt new technology from overseas partners and transferred it in-house.
    Conducted type tests to achieve certification of stainless steel, for further product development for the aircraft industry.
    Developed the processes to manufacture new materials and transferred them to the production department.

   Achievements:
    Received an award for developing a 12% CR Martensitic stainless steel for MIG aircrafts.
    Developed a multi stage turbine rotor shaft for power plants and stator rings for GE, USA.
    A wide range of other products developed includes:
   - Die blocks for forging industry, Crane wheels for material handling
   - Planetary rolls and couplings for rolling mills, sugar mill roller shafts
   - Steel plant rolls, tie rods for cement plants, diesel engine shafts, gears and rims for machine building and many more
   - Developed forgings for Oil and Gas industry which include hollows,casing heads, tubing hangars etc
