Import & Export Logistics Manager
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a highly skilled and motivated Import & Export Logistics Team
- Ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service execution and value creation to our Customers to fulfill client expectations
- Managing subcontractors/suppliers of Import & Export Logistics in Indonesia to ensure delivery of agreed service levels
- To leverage opportunities for cross selling of multi modal Freight Forwarding, Customs House Brokerage, Trucking, and Warehousing opportunities to our shippers
- Maximize the financial performance of the Import and Export organisation in Indonesia through a constant focus of new chargeable and value added products
- Ensuring constant attention to the prevention of fraud, collusion, and nepotism in any element of our business
Qualifications :
- Previous Supply Chain Management, or related Logistics experience
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Strong management, motivation, and coaching skills
- Self starter with strong drive, motivation, and commitment
- Resistance to pressure in fast paced work environment
- Adaptable to dynamic conditions
- High computer literacy
- Minimum S1 Degree and above in any discipline
- Previous experience of working in an international business, or overseas with other cultures
Direct Sales Executive - Prima Team
Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure to achieve sales budgets and set business plans within the area of responsibilities
- In carrying out your responsibilities, assure Indonesia Line management team and if need be Area Line Management are kept aware of your decisions and strategy on a continuous basis
- Responsible to read and reply telexes in proper manner with all information requested, within 24 hours
- Responsible to the set target individually and team’s target in general
- Responsible to cover Daily Activities, such as to assist customers direct / indirect (thru telephone), Sales visit, and follow the Sales Guideline Format, to maintain good relationship with all customers
- To Identify and new potential market, commodities and follow up on market development
Requirements :
- Easy to adapt on dynamic changes (flexible), Basic selling techniques, Negotiation, presentation, customer oriented
- Extensive in English communication skill
- Preferably with min 1 year in sales in shipping or other industry, alternatively for Fresh graduate from the well-know University which complete training will be provided.
Business Development Executive
Your main responsibilities as a Business Development Executive include :
- To assist the Country Sales Manager in establishing and executing the annual sales plan, consistent with Sout East Asia (SEA) objectives for both line and log
- Take an active part in providing input to Integrated Sales Force (ISF) Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy in ensuring that our clients receive the best value proposition
- Assist in establishing and monitoring targets and performance of our Key Clients, Direct Sales, Pro-active Telesales and Transportation Service clients
- Support and coordinate with Integrated Sales Force (ISF) on the Customer Satisfaction Survey
- Be the point of contact for Indonesia sales organisation and South East Asia (SEA) in implementing strategies, policies and projects
- In coordination with South East Asia Marketing (SEAMKT), keep management abreast on market and competitor analysis that will impact the Container Business’ market.
- Coordinate and provide timely input to the monthly sales report, weekly booking report and other Ad-hoc reporting as required.
- Support the Country Sales Manager on overall focus on e-commerce
- In coordination with South East Asia Marketing (SEAMKT), be your country’s expert on corporate media and branding guidelines.
- In coordination with South East Asia Sales (SEASAL) and SEAMKT, proactively provide and be part of the SEASAL intranet workgroup and country internet (maerskline.com) editor
The preferred candidate has the following qualities :
- Min 6 months experience in Maersk Line or Maersk Logistics with good understanding of Maersk Container Business systems and MS Office
- Possess good interpersonal and networking skills, be positive and enthusiastic and goal oriented
- Good written and oral English communication skills
- The applicant must be able to work independently and enjoy working in a fast moving and changing environment
