Currently we are looking for best candidates to fill following positions:
1. Quality Product – Engineer
Responsibilities:
• To follow up and develop Quality System and Environment (ISO 9001 & 14001)
• To manage Corrective action and Preventive action and follow up of non conformities
• To Validate product and process during New Product Integration
• To validate changing process
• To act to ensure that technical aspect changes are studied before any decision are taken.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Quality Assurance.
• Preferred skill(s): Quality Audit, ISO 9001 & 14001.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Cikarang – Bekasi Selatan.
• Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably senior staffs specializing in Quality Control/Assurance/Inspection or equivalent.
• Full-Time positions available.
2. Product Specialist (PSE) – Marketing
Responsibilities:
• Responsible in increasing Schneider market share and Orders in the 4 segment markets (Energy & Infrastructure, Industry, Residential & Buildings) by establishing strong partnership through channel / consultants
Requirements:
• Graduate of Bachelor degree (S1) Electrical Engineering (Power and Control)
• High motivation to grow with World Class team
• Shows good potentialities in Leadership
• Proficiency in English, verbal and written
• Proficiency in computer (Windows applications)
3. Sales Engineer (SE) – Automation, Oil & Gas
Responsibilities:
• Responsible in maintaining & developing existing customers as well as new ones, to promote and win sales for Schneider solution on customer requirement on Low and Medium voltage electrical distribution and Automation.
Requirements:
• Graduate of Bachelor degree (S1) Electrical Engineering (Power and Control)
• High motivation to grow with World Class team
• Shows good potentialities in Leadership
• Proficiency in English, verbal and written
• Proficiency in computer (Windows applications)
4. Techno Commercial Engineer (TC) – Service & Industrial Division
Responsibilities:
• Responsible in managing projects which includes understanding and translating technical specification into Schneider products and offer, to estimate project costing while making sure its On Time Deliveries within agreeable time schedule
Requirements:
• Graduate of Bachelor degree (S1) Electrical Engineering (Power and Control)
• High motivation to grow with World Class team
• Shows good potentialities in Leadership
• Proficiency in English, verbal and written
• Proficiency in computer (Windows applications)
5. Electrical Design Engineer (DE)
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the Low Voltage and Medium Voltage design engineering to meet customer requirements and adapted to production capabilities
Requirements:
• Graduate of Bachelor degree (S1) Electrical Engineering (Power and Control)
• High motivation to grow with World Class team
• Shows good potentialities in Leadership
• Proficiency in English, verbal and written
• Proficiency in computer (Windows applications)
