We are an established Electronics Manufacturing Service (EMS) Company that has multiple manufacturing sites in Asia, namely: Batam-Indonesia, Suzhou-China and Ayutthaya-Thailand.
In line with our recent expansion in our Batam-Indonesia factory, we are seeking poised achievers to embark on a highly rewarding and challenging career with us as:
Production Manager
Responsibilities:
• Report to Factory Director/Operation Manager
• To lead a team of supervisor to achieve daily production output target,
• To set up concrete action plan to reduce production defect rate,
• To consistently review the production system and process for continue improvement,
• To liaise with customer when necessary to discuss and resolve operation issues.
Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on manufacturing experience and technical knowledge in the electronics industries
• Ability to adapt in a fast pace operating environment,
• Minimum diploma in Electronics / Electrical / Manufacturing Engineering,
• Knowledge in Bahasa Malay OR Indonesia is an advantage
• Willingness to explore new ideas and determination to implement action to tackle problems,
• To be based in Batam, Indonesia
