Help Desk Sr. Executive
Qualifications: Engineering / Non- Engineering (Science) Graduate
Experience:
• 2-4 years experience in Contact Center / Technical support background / Help desk ( preferably in Telecom Domain though not mandatory)
• Good Verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must
Roles and Responsibilities:
• The Help Desk Sr. Executive will be the overall owner of all calls (problems, queries and requests) received at the help desk that relate to the BCCS environment.
• Maintaining a log of all calls into the Problem tracking System.
• Will be responsible for allocation of calls to the respective functions for resolution, tracking & monitoring the same till closure.
• Will be responsible for maintaining a FAQ and Knowledgebase of all problems, queries and requests received and provide status reports to the users on the same.
• Co-ordinate with users, internal functions and third party vendors.
• Allocate end-to-end responsibility of each call to one of the help desk personnel for tracking and managing with respective functions.
• Publish reports and statistics on the performance of the help desk as against standard metrics and SLAs .
• Conduct periodic customer surveys for assessing the satisfaction level with the services.
Skills needed:
• Extensive troubleshooting Skills
• Should have experience in Application support or Tech support
• Experience based judgment
• Maturity based prioritization
• Good writing, listening, comprehension and spoken skills
• Customer Service Orientation
• Technology knowledge in MS OS, OFFICE, Networking and specific Work Group area of BCCS
Location: Indonesia (Jakarta)
Project Duration: - 1 year (Extendable)
