1. Business Development Manager
Responsibilities:
• Familiar and has experience with face to face marketing
• Preferably has experience in preparing market statistics
• Nice personality, able to work independently and within group as well
• Conceptualize, create and produce info memo for a prospect business as well as preparing financial projection on the viability of a proposed project / business
• Conduct research and provide data analysis and summaries to support the creation of reports, presentations and communications related to a new project
• Analyse business strategies as well as material issues or business risks that should be considered in entering new project
• Create and maintain file for issue resolution and knowledge sharing among team members in the office as well as other departments
• Conduct meetings, site visits (and a possible extensive travel schedule)
• Ability to manage multiple relationships simultaneously through private or government channels for application of licenses / permits relating to the project
• Involve in some project management related activities such as creating and maintaining tools to track initiative progress

Requirements:
• Male/Female
• Age between 25-35 years old
• Hold minimum Bachelor graduates in Marketing, Economics, Computer, or General Management, preferably from Computer literate background is an advantage
• Able to communicate in English, both verbal and written
• Self motivated worker
• Understand the inner workings of the products and present this knowledge to Customer
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals
• Represents company at trade association meetings to promote product
• Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition

2. Graphic Designer
Responsibilities:
• Design & preparation of creative works for new & existing products, product launches, advertisements, training exhibition
• Set-up & maintain an up-to-date file management system for all creative works
• Coordinate all printing activities within the group such as product brochures, name cards etc
• Assist all subsidiary companies in their marketing materials

Requirements:
• Male
• Maximum age 30 years old
• Hold min Diploma (D3) degree
• Having min 2 years working experience
• Able to operate Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw, Freehand, InDesign
• Website design and web programming knowledge is advantage
• Must be independent and friendly
• Proficient in written & spoken English is an advantage
• Comfortable working across a diverse group culture
• Creative and have sense of art
• Able and willing to work long hours if required

3. Secretary
Responsibilities:
• Handling all secretarial works
• Performing general secretarial duties such as managing calls, appointment, travel arrangement, etc
• Performing administrative task, including but no limited to : arranging, making internal minutes of meeting, and consolidation report

Requirements:
• Female (Single)
• Maximum age 25 years old
• Hold minimum a Diploma (D3) holder in Secretarial or related subject
• Having min 1 years of working experience in similar position is essential, but Fresh Graduate with a value added are welcome
• Able to maintain and handle secretarial duties
• Computer Literate
• Attention to detail with good communication skill
• Able to communicate in good spoken and written English
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
