Deputy Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:
• Responsibile for all the cost and value for the civils projects.

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
• At least 8 year(s) of working experience in managing Project of Township/Commercial/Residential/High Rises with 4 years experiences as Quantity Surveyor.
• The candidate should have a good knowledge in estimating, pre/post contract work and good all round quantity surveying.
• Strong communication skills, and the ability to work well both independently and in a team.
• Strong time managements skill
• Able To work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta Utara.
• Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Full-Time positions available.
