Our Company, PT. TRIPUTRA AGRO PERSADA, is a fast growing agriculture company (Rubber & Oil Palm Plantations and CPO Mills), with total 100.000 hectares of planted area located in Sumatra and Kalimantan.

Currently, we are seeking IMPLEMENTERS to support our Next ERP System Implementation.

Implementers

Requirements:
• Educational background: Computer Science, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Finance / Accounting or related major disciplines from reputable university.
• Has minimum 2 years experience in system implementation / analysis and 2 years experience in software development/engineering.
• Has good communication skill and analytical problem solving skill.
• Strong knowledge and skill in Business Requirement Analysis.
• Deeply understand one of modeling tools.
• Fully understand SDLC and software quality assurance.
• Excellent skill in relational database (MS SQL Server & Oracle) and various O/S (Windows, UNIX, LINUX).
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
• Able to function effectively as an individual or team player.
• Having experience in ERP Package Implementation is an advantage.
• Willing to travel.
• Knowledge and experience to plan and execute data migration (conversion) process from legacy system to new system.
