Batam View Beach Resort are looking for enthusiastic staff with initiative to take the resort to the next level of growth.
1. SPORTS & ACTIVITIES MANAGER (SAM)
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Required language(s): English, Bengali
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Batam.
• Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years experience as seasports Instructor, teambuilding instructor with a talent of organizing quality Events and Activities
• Contract positions available.
2. SALES MANAGER (SM)
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Food & Beverage Services Management, Mass Communications, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta.
• Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Sales – Corporate or equivalent.
• Strong network in Jakarta and Indonesia in General
• Good Human and Public Relationship
• Professional attitude and look, Charming and Outgoing personality
• Contract positions available.
3. EXECUTIVE SECRETARY (ESEC)
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Associate Degree in Secretarial, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• Preferred language(s): Chinese.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Batam.
• Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
• Contract positions available.

I am Partogi Hutasoit, I graduated from Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Bandung (NHI) majoring in Hotel Administration (D4) class of 1993.
