1. Human Resources Training and Development
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement annual training plan
• Conduct in-house training sessions, supervise the administrative arrangements for in-house training
• Review post-training evaluation findings
• Recommend and implement staff career development

Requirements:
• Degree in Business/Management with specialization in HRD/Training & Development or Degree in Psychology
• At least 2-3 years of working experience in Management Development / Corporate Learning / Training preferably in industry background
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command in written / spoken Indonesian, English
• Willingness and ability to work in a cross functional team environment
• Willing to be relocated to Bintan Island
• Indonesian graduates from the USA are particularly welcome!

2. Quality Control Engineers
Responsibilities:
• Maintain ISO Quality Management System
• Provide incoming and outgoing QC
• Conduct internal quality audits to ensure the company operations comply with the ISO standards
• Establish corporate QA systems, programs and activities
• Train QA staff

Requirements:
• Degree / Masters in Quality Engineering and Management/ Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in Quality Control and tools such as ISO 9001, 5S, Kaizen, TQM, 6 Sigma, etc
• At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment in Indonesia working for a
• Multi-National Corporation
• Familiar with Toyota production system concepts
• Having prior working experience in a Japanese company is an advantage
• Experience in sheet metal as well as CMM/FA inspection highly preferred
• Experience in capital equipment manufacturing environments highly preferred
• Good command in written/spoken Indonesian, English
• Innovative, resourceful and able to work independently
• Self motivated, strong initiative, and effective communication
• Able to converse in Japanese is an advantage
• Technical, detail-oriented problem solver
• Willingness and ability to work in a cross functional team environments
• Computer proficiency (MS Office)
• Willing to be relocated to Bintan Island

3. Electrical Engineer
Responsibilities:
• Prepare electrical assembly instruction such as electrical wiring, component layout, etc
• Liaising with production supervisor/engineer for product scheduling and flow to fulfill export schedule
• Improve electrical assembly process in order to reduce waste and increase efficiency
• Supervise electrical QC process and provide a better test procedures
• Troubleshoot electrical problem and provide fast solution and prevention action

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Electrical Engineering, majoring in Power or Control
• Familiar in AutoCAD and/or other similar software
• Knowledge in IEC-61010, TUV, UL, ISO9001, ISO 14000
• Good attitude and communication skill
• Able to draw single line drawing
• Have good knowledge in AC motors, relays, electronic ballast, EMC, electrical safety standard, etc.
• Knowledge in UL (Underwriter’s Laboratories) 61010-1 standard and EMC standard will be an advantage
• Able to work under pressure and tight schedule
• Good command in written/spoken Indonesian, English
• Innovative, resourceful and able to work independently
• Self-motivated, strong initiative and effective communication
• Willingness and ability to work in a cross functional team environment
• Willing to be relocated to Bintan Island
• Indonesian graduates from the USA are particularly welcome!

4. Manufacturing Engineer
Responsibilities:
• The candidate should be detail oriented, capable of multitasking in a fast paced environment and possess excellent troubleshooting skills
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to design, develop, test and validate manufacturing systems
• To assist production in troubleshooting system problems
• Define Standard Operation Procedures for All New Projects
• Translate Standard Operation Procedures into Work Instruction Sheets
• Manage Process Support
• Resolve all technical issues from Project Start-Up till Mass Production with Sales, Project Management and Quality Department

Requirements:
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum of 2-3 years of working experience in a capital equipment manufacturing environment
• Familiar with Auto CAD and /or other similar software
• Strong interdepartmental communication skills required
• Good command in written/spoken Indonesian, English
• Willingness and ability to work in cross functional team environment
• Willing to be relocated to Bintan Island
• Indonesian graduates from the USA are particularly welcome!

5. Industrial Engineers
Responsibilities:
• Factory layout/Logistic layout
• Capacity planning
• Performance Management
• Manufacturing Standards / Logistics Standards
• Methods Improvement Program
• Work Simplification
• Resources Optimisation
• Ergonomics
• Maintaining control of key activities (Quality, Quantity, Cost and Planning)

Requirements:
• Degree in Industrial / Mechanical / Production Engineering with preferred 2-4 years relevant experience
• Familiar with Auto CAD and /or other similar software
• Knowledge of Process FMEA
• Experience in capital equipment manufacturing environment highly preferred
• Good command in written/spoken Indonesian, English
• Willingness and ability to work in a cross functional team environment
• Willing to be relocated to Bintan Island
• Indonesian graduates from the USA are particularly welcome!
