Rapidly growing global telecommunications provider seeks a highly motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team. The selected candidate will have at least the following qualifications:
1. Contract Administration Manager
Requirements:
• Hold minimum Bachelor (S1) degree in Law
• Having min 2 years experience in the same position
• Excellence in English – both written & verbal
• Good computer skill
• Prefer to have experience in oil & gas industry
2. Field Technician
Requirements:
• Hold Degree (S1) majoring at Technique Industry/ Telecommunication
• Experience and on hand with VSAT, terrestrial radio communications and data network
• Having min 2 years on the same field of experiences
• Experience in the oil and gas and mining environment
• Willing to work on field / off-shore
• Ability to travel nationally and internationally
• Good command in English both written and verbal
3. Field Engineer
Requirements:
• Hold Degree (S1) majoring at Technique Industry/ Telecommunication
• Experienced and on hand with VSAT, terrestrial radio communications and data network
• Able to deal with client and lead the team
• Having min 3 years on the same field of experiences
• Experience in the oil and gas and mining environment
• Willing to work on field / off-shore
• Ability to travel nationally and internationally
• Good command in English both written and verbal
4. Sales Administration / Assistant
Requirements:
• Female
• Hold min Diploma in Secretarial or Administration
• Having min 2 years experience in sales / support administration field in Oil and Gas industry
• Good command in English both written & verbal
• Good Computer skill, especially in Excel spreadsheet
• Good Communications skills
5. Receptionist / Administration Assistant
Requirements:
• Female
• Hold min Diploma in Secretarial or Administration
• Having min 2 years experience as Administrative assistant in Multinational company
• Good command in English & Computer skill
