1. IT Development
Requirements:
# IT – System Development Staff (IT-DEV)
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent knowledge in Java Fundamental
• Good knowledge in J2EE and its related technology (Application Server, EJB, etc)
• Good knowledge in Database (Oracle, PL/SQL)
• Good knowledge in System Design using UML
• Experienced in Web Based System Development
• Familiar with versioning system (CVS)
• Knowledge in other programming language (C/C++, VB, Delphi) will be a plus
# IT – Database Administrator Staff (IT-DBA)
• Excellent knowledge in Database (Oracle, PL/SQL) in multi OS Environment
• Good knowledge in Database Tuning and Replication
• Good knowledge in Data warehouse / Data mining concept
• Good knowledge in System Design using UML
# Technical Writer (IT- TW)
• Fast self learner in new environment
• Posses a good knowledge in writing documentation
• Posses a good knowledge in English both written and oral
• Posses a good communication skill
General Requirements:
• Able to work in high pressured environments
• High commitment & team player
• High discipline & trustworthy
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

2. Business Development and Marketing for Telco Industry (BDnM-Telco)
Requirements:
Qualification:
• Having experience in sales/marketing, especially in telecommunication wireless area
• Having a wide and strong network relation with proper people in telecommunication companies
• Initiative, creative, good communication, struggle, Determined, discipline, good integrity and customer service excellent
• Easy to interact and adapt with new people / business relation
• Attractive, interesting and friendly figure
• Expert in English both oral and written
• Top notch presentation skill
• Knowledge on IT / Telco will be a plus (telco wireless is preferred)
• Having a good sense of graphical design will be a plus
• Familiar and/or having experience on handling official and business letter (i.e. Proposal, PO, PR, Quotation letter and etc)
