IT System Support
Requirements:
• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology.
• Required language(s): English, a Good communication skill in English is must.
• In depth knowledge and experience in IT infrastructure: TCP/IP Internet works, Mail Server, Web Server, DNS-Server, Proxy Server, Firewall/ISA/ASA, DRP and Backup tools.
• At least 3 years of working experience in Information Technology Industry, preferable as system support.
• Posses a good problem analysis and troubleshooting skill in hardware and internet.
• Have certification in CISSP / MCSE / MCP / CEH / CCNA will be an advantage.
• Have experience, skills and knowledge on Microsoft and Linux operating system.
• Having knowledge and experience in MS-SQL Database administering is a plus
• Creative and have a good ability in problem handling and problem solving
• Experience with the enterprise / carrier-class routers and switches
• Able to work under pressure and work independently as well as in team.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Denpasar Bali.
