PT Eternal Panelindo Persada, company specialized in telecommunication construction and shelter fabrication, like to invite to be our team for the following opening:
1. CME Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Using, updating and checking the content in infrastructure systems
• Analyze Civil Works key matrices, propose and act on corrective actions
• Check Civil Works activities meet project requirements
• Support set up and then implement document control processes as set up by Civil Works manager
• Co-ordinate with Site Acquisition team in development of model sites and site designs to ensure any local leasing or permitting specific issues are considered
• Co-ordinate with TI team in development of model sites and site designs to ensure any CW/TI issues are properly considered
• Coordinate the Acceptance Test (AT) process for Infrastructure work
• Support cost calculation work for customer Tenders using sales packages and sales items. Co-operate and information sharing with Cost Manager
• Support project risk analysis for construction works in project
• Support preparation of CW RFQ and content for use by PaM
• Support project manager in writing Quality Plan related to civil works
• Support preparation of CW documents in customer and partner/subcontractor agreements
• Support CW scheduling works
• Support CW Manager in follow up of ROM / subcontractor performance
Requirements:
• Hold S1 Civil / Enginnering
• Having min 2 years experience in same Field
• Computer literate, and MS Office is a must
• Fluent speaking and writing in English
• Can use AUTOCAD
• Can work underpressure
• Willingly to work everywhere around Indonesia
2. CME Supervisor
Responsibilities:
