1. Business Development Superintendents (Code : BDS)
Responsibilities:
• Business development for growth
• Strategic planning
• Execute organic growth programs
• Assess and recommend new business opportunities or acquisitions
• Find and assess new locations for expansion

Requirements:
• Male, age between 25-35 years old
• Hold Bachelor (S1) Degree in any discipline preferably in Engineering
• Minimum 2 years experience in business development or strategic planning
• Strong analytical and computers skills
• Business and success orientated
• Construction industry experience preferred
• Experience in business case proposals desirable
• Excellent written and oral English
• Having License to drive

2. Production Supervisor (Code: PD-SPV)
Responsibilities:
• Plan and control production activities at Plant to ensure achievement of production target and quality requirement
• Ensure availability of material to support production process
• Ensure availability of truck mixer to fit production capacity
• Plan and coordinate regular Plant maintenance
• Arrange product delivery based on the customer order and production capacity
• Monitor service implementation to customers to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:
• Male, min. 22 years old
• Hold Bachelor (S1) Degree in Civil Engineering
• Has minimum 2 years of experience in similar position, preferably in Construction Industry
• Has good leadership and supervisory skill, high motivation, good analytical thinking and able to work under pressure
• Has good comprehension on concrete
• Has good communication in English both oral and written
• Willing to be posted in all plant location

3. Sales Representatives (Code: SR)
Responsibilities:
• Responsible to control and coordinate sales activities for work areas they responsible to achieve sales target
• Search order by visiting project and site covering. Sell concrete and receive cash payment
• Responsible to maintain good relationship with customers by providing attention, service and good communication
• Responsible to schedule concrete delivery as per order, monitor and site inspection when pouring is taking place
• Make sales record on future prospects, market situation and competitors activities to the direct Supervisor

Requirements:
• Hold Bachelor (S1) Degree in any discipline preferably in Civil Engineering or Economic
• Maximum 30 years of age
• Has minimum 2 years of experience in the same position preferably in concrete or construction industry
• Good knowledge in Sales & Marketing strategy and Management skill
• Excellent capability in presentation and negotiation
• Good Command both in written and oral English and computer Literate
• Good analytical and strong interpersonal skill
• Posses SIM A/C
