PT Raku Networks are an International Recruitment Agency, Inviting applications for Telecommunication Professionals/Engineers for Projects as:

1. Site Material Quality Control for Mechanical & Electrical Materials Products
Responsibilities:
• Assign as Site Material Quality Control for all mechanical mainly electrical suppliers, Genset, Cables, OBL lights & equipment for all project. Make sure all materials purchase are in good quality and base on the standards of specification by Clients

Requirements:
• Male
• Hold Min. S1 in Electrical or Telecommunication Engineering
• Minimum 3 years experiences in project work for Telecommunication Systems

2. Site Material Quality Control Admin & Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Assign as Site Quality control admin & MS Docs for all projects, Main function to update reports from SMQC, help SMQC in admin & documentation process for NCR
• Assign as Site Quality control Coordinator for all projects, Main function to monitor and coordinate SMQC check factory performance, production output and NCR CME, make sure all reports for tower/supply production updated

Requirements:
• Male
• Hold Min. S1 in Electrical or Telecommunication Engineering
• Minimum 3 years experiences in project work for Telecommunication Systems

3. RNP or RF Engineer
Responsibilities:
• Responsible to deliver Radio Network Design and network performance for 2G including nominal Cell Plan, frequency plan and capacity planning. Coordinating site surveys and engineering activities
• Responsible to deliver Radio Network Design and network performance for 2G including nominal Cell Plan, frequency plan and capacity planning. Responsible for the evaluation and design of new, advanced 2G Radio technologies. Able to translate customer or strategic business requirements into final detailed technical design
• Responsible to deliver Radio Network Design and network performance for 2G including nominal Cell Plan, frequency plan and capacity planning

Requirements:
• Male
• Hold Min. S1 in Electrical or Telecommunication Engineering
• Minimum 3 years experiences in project work for Telecommunication Systems

4. Field Engineer
Requirements:
• Male
• Technician or Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) or Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Electrical or Telecommunications Engineering or similar level of studies according to mentioned degrees
• Work Experience Min 6 years’ implementation planning or field management experience in project work in implementation works for telecommunication systems
• Understanding client site and delivery processes
• Able to work in multi-national environment and in customer interface
• General know how of cost management
• Co-operation / managerial skills to follow up partners and sub-contractors performance

5. ZONE MANAGER (Responsible for managing Zone roll-out activities)
Responsibilities:
• To monitor site acquisition, construction and implementation work
• To approve site selection justification and over-budget up to 5%
• To approve as-planned and as-built drawing
• To assign site acquisition, construction and implementation work to subcontractors
• To schedule site CME and NE acceptance
• To ensure continuous update of zone roll-out progress in CAPRI
• To validate material and equipment delivery request
• To prepare zone resource and subcontractor requirement plan
• To arrange induction program for new personnel
• To approve subcontractor work completion
• To justify subcontractor additional work proposal
• To communicate and assure the implementation of published project regulation and defined process

Requirements:
• Male
• Hold S1 in Electrical or Telecommunication Engineering
• Minimum 3 years experiences in project work for Telecommunication Systems
