PT Reynolds Partnership are a company with many years of experience in providing Quantity Surveying Services to Private Clients in Indonesia. We are currently seeking suitably personnel for the following positions:
1. Senior Project Quantity Surveyors / Team Leaders
Responsibilities:
• University degree/B.E in Architecture or Civil/Structural Engineering and minimum of 10 years experience with the preparation and administration of construction contract documentation including Bills of Quantities and the programming and Supervision or quantity surveying activities
• Applicants must be prepared to work hard, have a reasonable command of both spoken and written English and a high degree of personal responsibility and integrity
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Architecture or equivalent.
• At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta.
• Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Engineering – Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• Full-Time positions available.
2. Project Quantity Surveyors
Requirements:
• University Degree /B.E in Architecture, Civil/Structural or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and a minimum of 5 years experience with the preparation and administration of construction contract documentation including Bills of Quantities and/or construction supervision
• Applicants must be prepared to work hard, have a reasonable command of both spoken and written English and a high degree of personal responsibility and integrity
3. Quantity Surveyors
Requirements:
• University Degree /B.E in Architecture, Civil/Structural or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and a minimum of 2 years experience with the preparation of construction contract documentation including Bills of Quantities and/or construction supervision
• Applicants must be prepared to work hard, have a reasonable command of both spoken and written English and a high degree of personal responsibility and integrity
4. Trainee Quantity Surveyors
Requirements:
• University Degree /B.E in Architecture, Civil/Structural or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Polytechnic Diploma in Building Construction
• Applicants must be prepared to work hard, have a reasonable command of both spoken and written English and a high degree of personal responsibility and integrity
