1. Senior Operational Manager for Jakarta & Surabaya
Responsibilities:
• Sells and promotes company services and products
• To explore business opportunity and achieve the sales target
• Motivate, coach, and lead the branch team (Sales, Service and Admin Department)
• Implements sales plan effectively and efficiently
• Maintain good relations with internal and external clients / providers / other related parties (client visit, prompt respond for complain, internal/external meeting, etc)

Requirements:
• Hold min S1 degree from any major but S2 overseas is preferable
• Minimum 3 years of experience in managing business unit as Branch Manager/Operational Manager/Regional Manager with proven track record
• Target oriented, proactive, enthusiasm, high achievement motivation
• Good communication & negotiation skill
• Fluently in English is a must
• Possess own car is a must

2. Sales Manager Pest Control Division (Batam & Palembang)
Responsibilities:
• Sells and promotes company services and products
• To assist Branch Manager to explore business opportunity and achieve the sales target
• Motivate, coach, and lead the sales team
• Implements sales plan effectively and efficiently
• Maintain good relations with internal and external clients / providers / other related parties

Requirements:
• Hold min S1 degree from any major but S2 overseas is preferable
• Proven track record in generating good sales achievement
• Minimum 3 years of experience in managing sales people with proven track record
• Target oriented, proactive, enthusiasm, high achievement motivation
• Experienced in handling corporate clients
• Good at selling, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Target driven and customer oriented
• Self motivated, aggressive and can work under pressure
• Fluent in English & computer literate is a must
• Hold a valid Driving License A (SIM A)
• Possess own car is a must

3. Sales Surveyor
Responsibilities:
• Sells and promotes company service
• Implements sales plan effectively and efficiently
• Generates new accounts
• Maintain good relations with internal and external clients / providers / other related parties.

Requirements:
• Hold minimum qualification D3 in any field
• Pleasant personality and well groomed
• Possess own car is a must
• Able to work under pressure in a competitive market
• Be prepared to be based outside Surabaya if need arises
• Results oriented
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

4. Branch Manager – Medan
Responsibilities:
• Sells and promotes company services and products

• Implements sales plan effectively and efficiently
• Maintain good relations with internal and external clients / providers / other related parties (client visit, prompt respond for complain, internal/external meeting, etc)

Requirements:
• Hold min S1 degree from any major but S2 overseas is preferable
• Having min 3 years of experience in managing business unit in Sumatera area with proven track record
• Target oriented, proactive, enthusiasm, high achievement motivation, good leadership, good communication & negotiation skill
• Fluent in English & computer literate is a must
• Preferably living in Medan area
• Possess own car is a must
