1. Marketing Director
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage multiple marketing channels
• Work with staff and franchises to develop and maintain comprehensive marketing support program
• Work with agencies, advertising designers, printers and other vendors to support marketing activities
• Increase lead generation through verify of marketing initiatives
• Analyze marketing effectiveness data to improve and refine marketing initiatives continuously
• Business Planning and full budget responsibilities
• Staff management responsibilities

Requirements:
• Age below 40 years old
• Over 10 years work experience in marketing and at least 6 years experience in Consumer Marketing in a managerial position in fast-paced growth environment
• Have experience and good understanding of Indonesia traditional distribution channel as well as modern trade
• Creative, lively and dynamic with an entrepreneurial spirit;
• Proven ability to analyze and interpret data under changing conditions;
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects, meet challenging deadlines and perform under pressure
• Self-motivated and able to solve business challenges and provide solutions with minimal supervision
• Be comfortable with proposing ideas, and able to follow up the ideas with plans and actions
• Able to manage a team of internal staff and outside vendors to support our marketing efforts
• Good communication and presentation skill
• Good computer skill, including proficiency in MS-Office
• Bachelor degree or above, MBA degree and oversea background are strongly preferred;
• Frequent travel in Indonesia region
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin

2. Marketing Supervisor
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain the distribute channel in certain region, achieve sales target independently
• Prepare regulation marketing report and sales forecast
• Organize marketing exhibition and seminar

Requirements:
• Hold Bachelors degree major in Engineering or Marketing
• Fluent spoken and written English, Mandarin is preferable
• Age between 24-28 years old & willing to travel
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in fast moving products
• Extensive knowledge in marketing
• Familiar with traditional market
• Good relationship with Key dealers
• Good analysis and communication skill, integrity, strong willing to success
• Only English / Mandarin resume acceptable
• Job Location: Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, Semarang, Medan

3. Marketing Manager Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Prepare regulation marketing report and sales forecast based on Supervisor reports
• Contact cooperate units to support marketing activities
• Translate internal files from Mandarin to Indonesia or English
• Assist in developing & executing marketing programs and pricing strategies to drive business
• Other daily office work

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 year working experiences in foreign company
• Hold Bachelor degree, Fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Strong interpersonal skills and good team player
• Able to work under pressure and meet constant deadlines
• Age between 22-28 years old, Female
• Only English/Mandarin resume acceptable
• Job Location: Jakarta

4. Demo Trainer
Responsibilities:
• Prepare training documents and to train the SPG in different cities
• Organize and do demo activities in Malls or Modern Outlets
• Recommend new products to dealers and their sales team with professional products knowledge

Requirements:
• Hold Bachelors degree
• Fluent spoken and written English / Mandarin is preferable
• Age between 22-28 years old & willing to travel
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in retailing business
• Good at Microsoft Office software (PPT, Word, Excel)
• Job Location: Jakarta
