PT Bhakti Investama Tbk, one of the largest investment companies throughout Indonesia, owning business activities which cover a wide array and various business sectors, among others the sectors of Financial Services, Multimedia and Broadcasting, Telecommunications and Information Technology and Investment Portfolios, is currently seeking for visionary, high integrity, and persistence people to fill the following positions as :

I.Investor Relation Manager & Corporate Secretary

Responsibilities:

* Maintain good relationship with stakeholders (stockholders, investors, fund managers, banks, other financial institutions, etc)
* Responsible for preparing company’s annual report and press release/press conference
* Responsible for compliance to stock market regulations and authorities such as BAPEPAM, IDX, KSEI, BAE, and AEI
* Act as liaison and prepare all correspondence with stakeholders
* Coordinate AGMS and public expose

Requirements:

* Minimum 5 years experience in Investor Relation & Corporate Secretary, in which preferably 3 years served as Investor Relation Manager & Corporate Secretary
* Holds minimum bachelor/master’s degree (S1/MBA) in any major, preferably majoring in Management, Finance, Accounting, or Banking
* Has excellent knowledge about rules & regulations of BAPEPAM, IDX, and Capital Market
* Good understanding of stock market operations; strong analytical skills in financial modeling, accounting and financial reporting as well as legal drafting capability
* Good personality and good communication/presentation skill
* Fluent in English, both oral and written, especially in presentation situation
* Computer literate, especially in Windows, Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Power Point) and Internet
* Have good leadership, team building, customer orientation, communication skills, and interpersonal skills
* High integrity and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines

II.Retail/Sales Director

Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement all marketing and promotional efforts in order to establish strong brand equity and achieve financial goals;
* Monitor and control branches operations;
* Develop new market and increase customer base;
* Develop and open new branches.

Requirements:

* Minimum 10 years experience in retail sales of investment products in which preferably 5 years served as Director in Investment or Securities Company;
* Holds minimum bachelor/master’s degree (S1/MBA) in any major, preferably majoring in Marketing or Management
* Has excellent knowledge in local, regional, and international investment market.
* Fluent in English, both oral and written, especially in presentation situation
* Computer literate, especially in Windows, Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Power Point) and Internet
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking, high achievement, and leadership
* High integrity and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
* Has Broker-Dealer Representatives License (WPPE) from BAPEPAM.

III.Head Of Research

Responsibilities:

* Conduct quantitative and qualitative research of economy, companies, industries, and capital market and present valuable data for top management and clients
* Supervise the research, analyze the findings, and prepare reports that provide insights and depth understanding and make recommendation for top management and clients
* Ensure all the reports are accurate and useful
* Provide suitable in depth analytical techniques in preparing the research reports
* Establish and maintain a solid research team to maximize output/productivity

Requirements:

* Minimum 7 years experience in Research function in which preferably 5 years served as Research Head in Investment or Securities Company;
* Holds minimum bachelor/master’s degree (S1/MBA) in any major, preferably majoring in Economic or Statistic;
* Has excellent knowledge in local, regional, and international investment market.
* Has excellent knowledge about fundamental analysis and technical analysis.
* Fluent in English, both oral and written, especially in presentation situation
* Computer literate, especially in Windows, Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Power Point) and Internet
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking, high achievement, and leadership
* High integrity and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.

IV.Marketing Officer (for Mutual Fund)

Responsibilities:

* Introduce company’s investment products (mutual funds) to customers
* Visit regularly to existing customers to maintain good relation
* Handling customers complaints related to company’ s product

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing, Communication, or Public Relation.
* Male/Female, max. age 30 years old.
* Min. 2 years experience in the same position, but fresh graduates/entry level applicants are welcome.
* Computer literate - Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel & Power Point), and Internet
* Hard worker, self motivated, fast learner, highly initiative, and creative.
* Good appearance, analytical, communication (selling & negotiation skill), and interpersonal skill.
* Willing to work based on targets and achievement
* Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia.
* Preferred language(s): Chinese, English
* 20 Full-Time positions available.

V.Marketing Communication Manager

Responsibilities:

* Develop strong marketing and communication strategies for the company’s investment products, i.e. all equity instruments (shares and warrant, etc), debt instrument (bonds, convertible bond, medium term notes, FRN, SUN, etc) and fund/investment management (mutual fund and special discretionary fund), to penetrate market;
* Develop related marketing & communication tools to create products awareness, especially in equity instruments and fund/investment management
* Develop plans to increase sales of company’s investment product to achieve coporate’s target.

Requirements:

* Minimum 5 years experience in marketing communication, in which preferably 3 years served as Marketing & Communication Manager in Investment, Asset Management or Securities Company
* Have experience in building and maintaining brand image, product launching and marketing campaign
* Holds minimum bachelor/master degree in any major, preferably majoring in Marketing
* Has excellent knowledge in local, regional, and international investment market.
* Fluent in English, both oral and written, especially in presentation situation
* Computer literate, especially in Windows, Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Power Point) and Internet
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking
* Have good leadership, team building, customer orientation, communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
* High integrity and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
